Good to know
Not an open port: officials handle clear-in and especially clear-out, but Naikosen status is not issued there, so entry is not recommended. The Coast Guard assigns a spot on the concrete pier.

This government office alone handles customs, immigration and quarantine for Futami port (yachts included); Naikosen status is not issued here.

Notify before arrival; on arrival they assign a slot on the concrete pier. E-mail quoted by a cruiser in 2015, to be confirmed.
