Frequently asked questions
If I stop Hully, do I lose my log?
No. Equipment, jobs, uploaded manuals and reminders stay yours, for free. Only the web search for manuals and the questions to your boat stop.
I have several boats.
Hully covers every boat on your account. The Seller pack and the history catch-up are bought boat by boat.
I’d rather not sell it myself.
You can hand the sale over to Hullteam from your boat’s “Sell” area. Hullteam then receives a sales mandate and deals with the buyers. Its commission is 5% of the sale price, with a minimum of €1,500, and is only due if the boat is sold.
I’m a professional: how does the Pro plan trial work?
It starts when you confirm your listing or open your account, and lasts 2 months, everything included. If no request has reached you during the trial, we extend it once. Nothing is charged without your consent: at the end, you choose to subscribe or keep the free listing.
How do I cancel the subscription?
At any time: the current period runs to its end and is not renewed. The details are in the terms of sale.
