Based on official sources, checked on 28 October 2026.
The steps
- Book clearance with ONE°15 Marina or Raffles Marina (or an agent).
- Arrive at the designated marina; customs, immigration and quarantine on site.
- Apply for the MPA cruising permit for any movement within the port.
Papers to have on board
- Passports for the whole crew
- Crew list
- Boat papers (registration certificate)
- Outward clearance from the previous country
- Going through an agent
Good to know
- CIQ clearance for pleasure craft is mainly done at two designated marinas: ONE°15 Marina (Sentosa Cove) and Raffles Marina (ICA, January 2026).
- ONE°15 Marina offers 24/7 clearance since 1 September 2026.
- Owners dealing directly with ICA pay a security deposit, not drawn if the rules are followed; marinas and agents charge their own fees.
- To move within port limits (between marinas), an MPA cruising permit and an AIS or HARTS transponder are required.
- Very busy traffic separation scheme (Singapore Strait): cross the lanes at right angles.
