Immigration under the Queen Juliana Bridge (blue building), Harbour Master next door; customs temporarily at the commercial port entrance. No fees in normal hours.

Moved after the September 2024 fire: cross the small white bridge and follow the river about 3 blocks to the commercial port guard hut.
